Questions people actually ask

What counts as a user?

Anyone with a login. Employees who only receive a handbook or sign an acknowledgment count too — they're the people the software is for.

What if we outgrow a plan?

You move up to the next one. Nothing stops working and nothing is deleted while you decide.

Is Free a trial?

No. Dinghy stays free at up to ten users for as long as you want it. It's three modules rather than a countdown.

What happens at user 51?

You move to Fleet, which is $10 per user across the whole crew — so 51 users is $510/month. Right up to 50, Galleon at $400 is the better deal.

When can we actually start?

The portal is live today; the eHchaRr modules are opening in stages. The waitlist tells you when yours is ready, and holds this price.
