Privacy
What we collect, and what we don't.
Short version: if you fill in a form, we keep what you typed so we can reply. We don't sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.
Who we are
eHchaRr (ehcharr.com) is operated by hr.world. When this policy says “we”, it means hr.world and the eHchaRr team, who are the same people. eHchaRr World is the hr.world client portal; using it is covered by hr.world's own privacy policy and terms.
What this site collects
ehcharr.com is a static marketing site. Nothing is collected until you submit a form. When you submit the waitlist, contact or demo form, we store:
- What you typed — your email address, and where the form asks for them, your name, company, team size and message.
- How you got here — the page you submitted from, the referring site, and any utm_source / utm_medium / utm_campaign tags in the link you clicked.
- Technical details — the time of submission, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We keep the hash, not the address, and only to stop the same connection flooding the form.
Submissions are written to a file on our own server, outside the public web root, and a copy is emailed to our team so someone actually reads it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. There are no third-party scripts on any page. If that changes we will update this page and ask for consent where consent is required.
Why we keep it, and for how long
We use what you send to reply to you, to book the demo you asked for, and to email you once when the module you signed up for opens. Waitlist entries are kept until the portal opens to you or you ask us to remove you. Enquiries are kept as long as we may reasonably need them for the conversation you started and our own records.
Who else sees it
Nobody buys this data from us, because we don't sell it. Your submission is visible to hr.world staff, and it passes through our email provider (Google Workspace) in transit. We share it beyond that only if the law requires it.
Your choices
Email questions@ehcharr.com and ask, and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No account or special form needed. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.
California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, request deletion or correction, and know whether it has been sold or shared. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Use the same address above; we may need to confirm you control the email in question before we act on a request.
Children
This site sells workplace software to employers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the effective date above. Material changes to how we use existing submissions will be emailed to the people affected.
